Born in Tokyo in 1942. Graduated Department of Literature at Gakushuin University through Gakushuin middle department and the advanced course.
After he graduates, he participated in [Youth science conference] in London as a dispatch student of the UNESCO international and culture exchange organization.

After he got back to Japan, he established the atelier at Mamiana in Roppongi and started to write essay and scenarios.

He takes charge of the column of "Western astrology" from the first publishing of the magazine [non･no](Shueisha) for 35 years with out even one absent till now since then.

Meanwhile, he has been write for mass communication magazines about [Western astrology], [Essay], [The commentary], and [The psychological test], etc.
He is likely to engage in education in fields of [psychology], [social anthropology], [religion the comparison study], and [The transcendence meditation], etc.

In the field of astrology, the essence of "Fortune-telling" is captured as one field of psychology, the social anthropology, and the religion study. He make it improves as new psychology client base treatment, and established the first basic of "Horoscope counseling" is completed in Japan.

He thinks the human suffering start from the recognition of "Time space".
He pays attention here, and does the Client-centered counseling treatment based on “psychology of time and space" which originally researched and developed.

"Fortune-telling" was excluded in the 20th century, because of a versatile science was called out assuming that it was unscientific, but there was no person who researched the effect from an academic standpoint.
So, he restructured the "Fortune-telling" as contemporary psychological counseling
