Since Mika participated in the Paris Collection for the first time in 1993, she has been playing important roles in various fashion shows, European fashion magazines, advertisements, TV commercials and movies. Moreover, she has also exhibited her talent in various activities other than modeling, such as writing essays and organizing conferences for women.
Nowadays, in addition to appearing every Thursday on gChichimpuipuih, brought by the Mainichi Broadcasting System, she presents current area information together with local history as well as beauty tips for women on a cable-TV program called gEntenteh.
She is a qualified NARD aroma advisor and ASIACT aurasoma practitioner, and she also passed the Korean Language Proficiency Test Level 4 after studying at Yonsei University Korean Language Institute in South Korea between April 2002 and March 2003.
